(Verbo Ser ou Estar - no Presente)

 

I am a student. I am not a student. Am I a student?
You are a student. You aren't a student. Are you a student?
He is a student. He isn't a student. Is he a student?
She is a student. She isn't a student. Is she a student?
It is a dog.  It isn't a dog.  Is it a dog?
We are students. We aren't students. Are we students?
You are students. You aren't students. Are you students?
They are students. They aren't students. Are they students?

 

I am a student. (Eu sou um aluno.) / I am at home. (Eu estou em casa.)

O verbo indica ser ou estar, dependendo do complemento da frase.

 

Na negativa, basta incluir o NOT : am not, is not, are not.

Você também pode escrever na forma abreviada: 'm not, isn't, aren't.

 

Na interrogativa (pergunta), você precisa apenas inverter, colocar o verbo (AM, IS ou ARE) no começo da frase.
